If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

In order to be eligible for a refund, customer must return item(s) within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be in the same condition that customer received it unworn, undamaged in any way and with original tags or stickers attached to the item(s)

Once we receive the item(s), our team will inspect it and process a refund. The funds/money will be returned to the original payment used to make the purchase. For credit card payments it may take between 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement/account.

If the item(s) is damaged, worn/used or missing the original tags or stickers or haven’t initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Items to be eligible for a return/refund, please make sure that:

  • The Items are in the original packaging
  • The Items were not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Items you received defective or damaged.


If the Items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Items weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
